I went to multiple different other dress stores to find my prom dress and I wasn’t satisfied with the hospitality. But after going to David’s bridal I had an amazing woman help me find the dress of my dreams. Brenna was very lovely. The alteration service was spot on the dress was already perfect but they made it suit my body for the better. I would completely recommend going to David’s bridal for wedding, prom, etc.

David’s Bridal in West Springfield was the very first wedding dress shopping experience I had, and it was overwhelmingly positive and in no small part due to my wonderful stylist that day, Rosemary! She helped me quickly find all the dresses I knew I wanted to try on and, taking my feedback from them, found a completely new dress that absolutely blew me away! She made the experience so fun and relaxed, and I look forward to coming back in to try on that final dress again!

I came in from out of state (Colorado) for a wedding but during traveling my suit ended up getting my toiletries on my pants which were beyond wearable, I came in frantically looking for a replacement pair of pants and was greeted by David who helped me not only find a replacement but in my opinion, even better! His customer service was beyond amazing and if I lived in this state, I'd totally come back for more fittings and shopping because my work requires suits! While it is not possible to give a zero star I guess I will have to give a one star. My fiancee had an appointment today for bridesmaids dresses. She went in Thursday to choose the colors and received an appointment confirmation yesterday by text. This morning the manager left a voicemail cancelling the appointment because there is a flu going around the store. We called back and the Manager was very rude on the phone and dismissive. My daughter and I arrived for prom dress shopping without an appointment. Lisa immediately got to work asking us questions and figuring out the exact size my daughter needed. Once we found the dress she was able to work magic and get us an AMAZING price!! I am so impressed with her knowledge and service and I know you will be too!
