The staff at David's Bridal were extremely friendly. I made an appointment and had an employee help guide me to the dress racks close to my size. The alterations were a little pricey. They cost more than the dress but it fit nicely. I had a small jeweled area that came detached from my dress during the reception but was fixed easily with a safety pin

I ordered undergarments from this store for myself and had some of my bridesmaids order their dresses here. They were given dresses that didn't fit, were never properly measured and then, when one came in and didn't fit, the consultant was very rude about it to my bridesmaid. I was shocked and upset about it. Luckily, my bridesmaid wasn't too upset (at least she didn't show it), but if i was spoken to the way she was I would have been in tears. Davids Bridal was OK to deal with, however I do not feel like their stylists really know the dresses and just tell you what they think you want to hear.

Found my dream dress despite the loud store and lots of other brides trying to find theirs as well. Did not think I would find exactly what I wanted there. The staff was helpful & friendly & my dress and alterations were PERFECT!!!

I loved my dress. Although you could tell that the girl assisting with the dress was hoping for a sale, she did not try to steer me towards any particular dress. She paid close attention to my facial reaction when I tried on different dresses and helped me pick the one I felt the most confident and beautiful in.The only issues I had were with the alterations department. I am so disappointed that I chose David's Bridal in West Springfield, MA for my wedding! My wedding party has had NOTHING but problems! Wrong Dress sizes given, Wrong color dresses given, LIES about why the dress was the wrong color-saying I signed off on the color change, Finger prints on dyed shoes, having the bridal party drive back and fourth to pick up items that were not even there yet!, promising dresses to be shipped to one of their homes and that didn't happen either. I got my wedding gown from Davids and am absolutely in love! My consultant (wish I could remember her name!) was AMAZING. She was so helpful and fun. I went in not having any idea what I wanted, she listened and kept everything within my price range!The dress is perfect for me and cannot wait to wear it!
