I made a reservation with one person and I was out with some one else. When I called I asked for someone sweet, calm, someone who would be ready for a lot, but really sweet, nice, and understanding. I was out with a woman who had no personality, kept disappearing, was not helpful and kept having discussions with other employees and friends who dropped by.

Nina was fabulous! Even though she could not get the dress(in time for the wedding) that my bridesmaid wanted, Nina tried her absolute best and in the end got her a beautiful dress that will be in in time for the wedding! She was incredibly helpful and professional.
