There were 5-6 associates working when we went to get fitted....the associate we had was also helping out 3 other people at the same time. If there would have been more one on one time the experience would have been 10 times better.
I had the most amazing experience today at David's Bridal. I didn't think there was going to be a wide variety of dresses for plus sized brides but the selection was amazing! My stylists name was Tabitha and she was fantastic! I was there for quite some time but not once did she make me feel like I was a burden or made me feel rushed. I made an appointment with the David's Bridal at the Keneston location through the wedding expo, when I arrived as per my coupon/appointment card they had no record of my appointment. My bridesmaids & mother picked out dresses that were close to being "the dress" and when talking to the associate about what I might like in comparison she brought me items that weren't as attractive. This place has been nothing short of one comical error after another. Don't expect anything from them after they screw up your order other then avoidance. Buyer beware.

I went into the store looking only for accessories, shoes, jewellery but most importantly my veil. However I received zero help, I asked twice for help and each time I did someone just directed me back to the area where the accessories were and left. I've gone to other bridal shops and received much more assistance and help. I also noticed some veils were being sold full price but online were greatly discounted. Went there yesterday to buy wedding shoes. Girl at the reception did not even go with me to the shoe department or did not call for sale assistant. Spent 10 min walking by myself and left the store. Poor service.
I'm happy to say when I went in the other day I wasn't hoping to find the one I'd fall in love with, walked in right away and we were served. Excellent service!!
