IM ABSOLUTELY DISTURBED BY THE FACT THAT DURING THIS PANDEMIC. DAVIDS BRIDAL ARE CHARGING CANCELATION FEES FOR THOSE PROM DRESSES THAT COULDN'T BE WORN DUE TO THE PANDEMIC. AND THEN YOU WENT EVEN FURTHER AND CANCELED ORDERS THAT DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO BE CANCELED. THE WORST ACT YOU COULD DO TO THOSE CHILDREN. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY AT YOUR STORE AGAIN
The service lacked a lot to be desired. The stylist did nothing but carry the dresses to the dressing room. We found several dresses to try on in a variety of price ranges. We got them out of the bags and put them back in when we were finished with no assistance. We found our own belts and bling with no assistance. We pulled shoes ourself.
