I'm very upset and angry with the service at your Woodbridge VA location....I was supposed to receive my dress on the 13th and it came in with a stain and was told they tried to clean it and were unsuccessful, yet no one bothered to call me. It wasn't until I called today that I was informed of this and nownim being told I will get my dress on the 22nd...well I get married on the 23rd

They are never ready! You make an appointment and four people still ask what your there for, they don't have your dress out, they don't direct you where to go or what to do--if I hadn't started acting like a fool I'd probably still be standing there bags in hand and nothing being accomplished. They spelled my name wrong and it's an easy name so they couldn't find me and they ordered the wrong size for one of my bridesmaids and instead of owning the mistake she told her she'd waive the rush fee but not bc it was their fault. ... read more

After a terrible experience at a different David's Bridal, I took a chance and made an appointment at the Woodbridge location. My consultant, Fettouma, was wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for and pulled dresses based off that. She accessorized the dresses, which helped me visualize what it would look like the day of my wedding and at my venue. If you order something on line..you may or may not get it. They canceled my order at the last minute. If you buy something in the store .. you can never return it. Even if you never took it out of the bag

Overall the worst experience I have ever had shopping for anything. Don't waste your time or your bridesmaids time by going here. As a bride on a budget, I started my search for my wedding dress at this location solely based on their sale they were having. I showed up for my appointment excited and with high hopes. I had already picked out 16 dresses online previous to my appointment and showed up expecting them to be pulled and ready for me.
