Buyer beware. David's Bridal doesn't care about their customers. My granddaughter's mother purchased all of her bridesmaid dresses and her wedding gown at David's Bridal. The initial purchase was stressful enough (They didn't give her things she had paid for - like her bustle). Then, tragically, after she took her dress home their house burned to the ground. They made it out in the middle of the night with their lives and the pajamas on their backs. Insurance will only pay for a portion of the dress; and not in time for the... read more

A month wait for a dress. Okay, but wrong size. No time to get the proper one sent,though. You can't order dresses using pants size, either. Then why did my bride show up with a trumpet crinoline for a ball room skirt ? You guys are buying into a woman's special day, have you no pride ? And, dang. $10.95 for the bag ?? For real ???

The ladies at this David’s bridal do nothing to help brides with stressful situations. Crappy attitudes and they make you feel like they’re being bothered. Hire better customer service reps who actually understand what this day means to your customers, or better yet stop over scheduling appointments and making brides and their bridesmaids do most of the work... what’s the point of making an appointment with a “consultant” when it’s actually find who you can and place an order... and then they don’t even take measurements? I had an absolutely horrible experience on Saturday, March 3rd at the Woodbridge, VA location. I had made 2 appointments weeks in advance to be able to take my bridesmaids and myself dress shopping for my wedding. When I first arrived they were severely backed up and told us to start looking at dresses. By the time we finally received an associate to help us my bridesmaids had already picked dresses and were waiting to try them on. Worst bridal shopping experience I've ever had. The space was awful--no privacy and tripping over other groups trying on dresses. The consultant, while very nice, was working with at least four other groups as well as ours during our appointment so was not available for assistance, questions, etc. Finally, I understand offering floor samples as "discounted clearance," but I don't understand offering dresses for sale with tears that cannot be repaired (e.g,, holes in the lace, not on seams, large holes in the veils, etc.),... read more

Went to another David’s bridal was not impressed so I went to the Woodbridge location just for my bridesmaids and they were marvelous. They even accepted us without an appointment. So in about a week or so I will be making my appointment to go get my dress.

The experience honestly started off terrible. We had to wait 20 minutes before our sales girl even acknowledged us even though we were on time for our appointment and then she seemed too busy to even be bothered with us. We ended up speaking with the manager who switched us to the other side and we ended up with a new consultant, Jennifer. She was AMAZING.
