JoAnna is exceptional! The most helpful employee at this location, I cannot praise her enough. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable and are happy with all items from gowns to accessories and even made me aware of some other items I might have essentially overlooked. Honestly a one of a kind employee. Had I not had her help me I may not have even come back to this location. Thank you JoAnna!
I’m one happy bridesmaid. Love my dress and the wonderful customer service I received by Joanna! She’s easy to work with, reliable and a person of her word. Always ready to look out for the interest of the customer. I couldn’t imagine buying my bridesmaid dress anywhere else!
I went to David Bridal with 2 bridesmaids and Jr. bridesmaid and Joanna made our experience excellent. Particularly with my jr bridesmaid, she was most excited to try on dresses and Joanna gave her excellent options and she felt great. With my other brides maid she gave them a lot of options to choice from and both walked away with their dresses. Thank you for making this so easy!
I went into David’s bridal without an appointment and was paired with JoAnna. She was so helpful without being overbearing. I appreciated how she brought me dresses that I may have missed and helped me dial in on a vision. Great customer service.
Really appreciated Jo’Anna service, I can truly say she’s the best! From the time I arrived to David’s bridal, she took care of my party and I. David’s bridal had overbooked appointments and was understaffed but Jo’Anna made sure that my concerns were addressed, she was patient and really took out the time to make sure I was happy ! Finding the right dresses can be overwhelming for you and your girls especially if the party is large but Jo’Anna helped to make the process run smooth!
