As a real estate attorney I do not believe I could have done as good a job completing my short sale as Steve did. I work with many Realtors in my law practice and Steve is among the very highest I can recommend. He gets things done where others fall short.

Steve was my realtor when I sold one house and purchased another one. I was very impressed with Steve's knowledge of the local market and his ability to negotiate with both the buyer and seller. Steve was always prompt to return my phone calls and was always around to show me a property when needed. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a quality realestate agent.

Steve did a GREAT job with my home sale. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and more importantly, the finance/analytics/appraisal portion of the industry that many agents lack any understanding of. Steve Davidson is the best in the business. He and his office staff are the most amazing people you will ever work with. They are quick at resolving problems that may arise during a sale or when buying. We were very please with the speed and ability of Steve and his team to sell and process out home. We have and would in the future suggest to friends and or family that Steve and his team will do a thorough and complete selling of their homes.
