This is my second time going through him and I have nothing but good things to say! He is great at communicating and keeping in touch and I feel like he really listens to what I need! This time around I listed my current house at 7 months pregnant. He recommended people to help me get it ready to sell and had it sold and me in the new house before I delivered! I fully recommend him and will always go through him in the future!

Steve is extremely knowledgeable with the real estate market and he has the best negotiation skills of anyone I've ever met. He's extremely dedicated and hard-working and will not stop until he gets his clients what they really want. He's very personable, easy to talk to and not pushy at all with his clients (like many car salesmen). He only pushes to get the deals done once he knows it's what his clients really want. When we sold our house we weren't sure we were going to make the profit we had hoped based on our own research. Steve assured us the profit would be higher than we had thought. We listed our home higher than expected and only had to lower the price once. Between juggling the sale of our current home and negotiating the purchase of our new home, Steve was incredible. He is always organized and very knowledgeable. I recommend Steve to anyone I know in the market to sell or buy a home.

Steve Davidson sold our house the fastest, and at the highest possible price. He oversaw the staging and photos of the house. Both the staging and photos were spectacular. He was always available to talk and followed up immediately after every showing.
