Steve was absolutely fantastic! He listed and sold our home in 11 hours and our sales price was much higher than the same houses in our neighborhood had recently sold for!! He is very professional, honest, and easy to work with. Steve is also helping us purchase a new home and has done and excellent job with that too.

My mom and grandparents have used Steve the last 5 years for primary residence and rental property purchases so he is great at the selling and buying side of any transaction. He was always professional and I was updated regularly. My mom passed away this year and he had compassion and went above and beyond for me since I was traveling back-and-forth from California to Henderson. I highly recommend him if your purchasing or selling in Nevada!!!

We contact Steve when we moved here from the east coast based on recommendation from people we know in the area. Our move was quick and we needed a short term place so we could look for our long term home. Steve was super helpful. He got to what was most important to us and found as a short term home and then worked with us and helped us find our now home. He knows the area and real estate because he's done this for many years in this area so I definitely recommend Steve.

Steve was soooo wonderful in helping us find the house of our dreams! We lived in a different city and had to see as many houses as we could in 1 day and Steve did NOT disappoint!! After agreeing to rent a killer townhome, we went back to our hometown. It was then that ‘OUR’ house came on the market and Steve not only filled out our application form but PAID our application fee!!
