Ashley devoted immediate and daily effort to present us with homes for sale that met our very specific criteria including price We found our "perfect" new home within a week All responses to our questions or concerns were handled quickly She stood by our sides throughout the process with recommendations of other professionals to handle our mortgage, home inspection and closing, etc. We could not be happier!

Steve helped us find our dream home! He helped us navigate the process seamlessly and has even helped us after the sale when we needed recommendations for someone to help with projects. He didn't back down when the seller pushed back on fixing things either. We got the house we wanted at the price we wanted and we couldn't be happier!

Living in Florida & wanted to find a Vegas home. I searched the internet & found Steve Davidson. Steve’s advance work & real estate knowledge from Boulder City to Summerlin made our search to find a home doable in 3 days. He was very relaxed & helpful throughout the viewing process His depth of knowledge also proved useful in financing & contract strategies. I wouldn’t want to do this with anyone but Steve.

She was patient with me and provided me with information I needed to better understand the market, pricing, process of home buying, etc. She kept in touch with me from the walkthroughs to getting my keys to my new home.
