Dawn was always there when I needed her and answered all my questions day and night! The entire team at Directors Mortgage was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone needing a lender! I know far after the purchase of our home I can call on Dawn for anything, thank you!

If you ever need a lender I highly recommend Dawn and her team. We started the process the 1st of Dec and were ready to close by the 12th of Jan. Through the whole process Dawn and her team keep us informed of every step of the process. We have bought purchased homes in the past and this by far the best experience. We actually didn't close until Feb but that was the lenders that purchased our home that held everything up. I can't express my graditude enough of how Dawn and her team did. If i could she would get 10 stars

Dawn received our information on December 28th and we closed January 12th. She knows her business and is able to address concerns and clearly communicate so the process happens. No nonsense. Straight, clear communication. You know where you stand. It was great creating a partnership where we did our part and she did hers and we just moved. We saved money as well and we got our keys that day. She managed all the people involved so they moved with velocity.

My wife already left a review but I must add my own: Having bought and sold a number of homes over the years, we have a good sense of how the process works. But this latest transaction had multiple moving parts including recovering a long lost Veteran’s certificate and simultaneous sales/purchases of properties. And, we were traveling overseas for most of the process! Having Dawn Carter and her team on our side kept things moving smoothly and smartly. When you work with Dawn, you are working with the best.

We told Dawn we wanted to buy a home in the future and we wanted to use my husband's VA eligibility. Dawn got my husband's VA Certificate and got everything set up for us and ready to go. It took about a year, but we found a home and the VA Loan could not have gone smoother!
