We have worked with Dawn twice now, once to buy our home 3 years ago and once to refinance just recently; and both times she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and So Nice! After the buyer on my properties lender fell through and disappeared, Dawn swooped in and got the deal going again! There is a reason why they call Dawn "the rescuer" and it's because she truly is! I would have lost the buy on my new home if this deal had fallen apart but she came in and saved the day! I can't say enough good things about her!!!

Dawn and her team made the refinance process a breeze. They were professional, efficient, and courteous. When I had questions, they were answered promptly, and if I needed to sign or provide a document they always were clear on what was needed and would kindly remind me if I had forgotten something. Without a doubt, they are my mortgage broker and team if I need to purchase or refi in the future.

Dawn and her team quite simply are amazing!!! We had been pre-approved and waiting for final approval from a reputable online company; then suddenly 2 days before closing they tell us they cant approve our loan. My real estate agent put us in touch with Dawn and she found the perfect loan for us and we closed within 2 weeks. Not only did she put is into a better loan situation but her team is on the ball and handles the process very efficiently and professionally. THANK YOU DAWN AND YOUR TEAM!!!!

Dawn was amazing in every step of the process. She told me what to anticipate, gave me guidance and was quick to respond to every question. She felt like a genuine friend and went to bat for me in the approval process. I highly recommend Dawn and all her colleagues. I was able to close on my condo earlier than I expected in less than 30 days and she made it all so easy.

Dawn was excellent to work with. She kept us informed and worked through some challenges we had on our credit score.
