She did it again and faster than ever. Dawn made it possible for us to purchase our second home by expediting the loan application and approval process. According to other banks on average necessary paperwork, inspections and approvals typically can take 45-60 days and she did it within a few weeks. Dawn is a driver, works wells under pressure, and follows through with her commitments. Given my less than stellar situation and complications, I will admit I had doubts but Dawn blew them away with her positive attitude and creativity as she helped me resolve my situation and get a loan. In my opinion, she worked magic, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Her experience and knowledge got me where I needed to go.
