Ended up not staying there as they said they did not have shuttle to Mayo clinic.
great shuttle svc to mayo. when arrived in room the toilet was filthy from the water left dark dirty rings around the bowl needed to be cleaned with a pumace stone rest of room was clean.
No hot water! No hot water! Upon check out, I brought this up to person working the front desk. Her response was...yes we’ve been having problems with that!
very clean. The staff was really friendly. I would definetley return to this hotel.
We like the kitchenette. Rooms are older but clean. Staff is great. Bring your own dishes and cook wear.
The housekeeping staff were responsive to our needs. The front desk immediately brought us a new coffee maker when the one in the room was not there. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!
The room was clean, the mattress was firm, and the desk help was super! The price was reasonable and fairly close to the Mayo Clinic.
