Cheap but you get what you pay for. Pandemic issues. But if in rochester its a convenient place at a decent price. If you are from rochester though there is a deposit cash. We found a used douche bottle on the floor by the toilet. There was no staff other than front desk working so he was rarely there during the daytime hours. They also charged us for a night we didnt stay.
Location close to mayo clinic. Brought support dog, needed more area to walk him.
Meh! Due to the pandemic they did not have their continental breakfast bar open, however, this was not updated in their voicemail when calling them to get more information on trying to obtain the services they provided before we booked. We love the refrigerator and the kitchenette. There was a piece of broken glass found in our bed, in investigation nothing else was found and the bed was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the location and difficulty getting in and out of the property. Access is only one way in/out. I understand this is not something they can change, but maybe be more transparent on their website.
Time to update! The hotel is dated. Sinks plugged or barely running. TV could only be seen when all the lights off. Remote battery almost dead. The wifi has no password.
we stayed here many times over the years and last october had an issue with the hot water...couldn't get any til late in the night...now this time i had the same issue..get in the shower,thinking it is going to get warmer...and instead it got cold...turned the water off and on for around 20 minutes until finally it got hot and stayed that way...frustrating when you are in a hurry for an appointment!!!
