Comfortable, but could be better Pros: Comfortable bed, clean and friendly staff. Cons: Weak pillows, windows did not have insulation, clogged shower drain.

Great to have a refrigerator in the room, but it made loud grinding noises off and on all night. Lots of traffic noise as well

The night staff clerk on duty, three nights was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She was juggling many requests from guests, while still remaining friendly and efficient. One male staff in the late night/early morning shift seemed his phone was more important than his duties.

The room was nice. The ironing board was a bit of a mess but that only mattered cuz I needed to iron a suit.
No had cap bars in shower. Walls were slashed with stuff and needed to be cleaned. Carpets needed shampooing. Cabinets in kitchenette needed doors replaced. Otherwise stay was awesome. Beds were comfortable. Tks
