We rented the room for 7 nights and we were originally given room 216 which is next to the elevator and the utility room. The room was very noisy and it sound like we were sleeping next to the railroad track. We slept one night in the room and could not get any sleep so we asked for a different room the next day. We were glad they gave us a new room.

The breakfast was great but there wasn't anywhere close by to eat lunch or supper. The location seemed completely isolated from any other buisnesses.

I am sorry for the inconvenience of our location, although we do provide shuttle to downtown rochester and also to Walmart. I hope that next time we can better accommodate you.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good and stocked, however the juice was out of order.
