Huge disappointment My husband had to fix the toilet, our heat didn't work(-30 outside) TV didn't work. Finally saw it was disconnected. It was my first stay at a Days Inn. Not too impressed. We we're there for my surgery at Mayo Clinic. Was disappointed.

We were here for Mayo appointments and were given room 216. The Elevator noise was horrible. Do not accept a room ending in 16 or you’ll be awake all night.

We thought at first that the bed was ok but after the 2nd of four nights my daughter and I developed back and neck pain that persisted for days after we got home.

We loved the location, great breakfast. It would be nice to have cookware and tableware in the room. Also, better linens on the bed.

Very nice. I was told shuttle runs everyday. When I got to hotel I noticed it doesn’t run Saturday’s or Sunday’s. That’s when I need it
