Good staff and clean The beds were comfortable, the staff helpful, and the rooms and breakfast area very clean. The hotel is older and has chips off of cupboard doors, hard water buildup on water faucets, etc., and the location is not ideal for families. We also had a wrestling team on the floor above two nights that must have been practicing all night as the thumping on our ceiling did not stop the first night. The staff did try to help as much as possible, and the manager even called the room above us when she was off shif... read more

It was perfect as a stay related to being evaluated at Mayo Clinic. Have to bring your own dishes, pots, silverware - but these can be purchased super reasonably at a store nearby. I know there are some things offered on a first-come-first-serve basis, but we did not try that. I enjoyed my stay and found it reasonably priced, clean, close to the Mayo facilities, and with a shuttle to and from the Mayo. It was just great! The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

less then mediocre but it worked and was cheap The hotel its self was alright.. breakfast was less then impressive and so was the bed. It was hard as a rock and the comforter was super old and scratchy feeling...

Room was clean and overall things were good for the $. TV remote did not work. Went down to try and replace it and a line up at the counter due to attendant being absent for 15-20 minutes suggested I live with pushing buttons manually. Thin walls made sleeping challenging in the AM.
