This house was great for what we needed. It slept all 8 of us comfortably, 6 adults and 2 kids. The view and location were amazing! A previous review said to beware of the road to get to the home- it is gravel and not well maintained. There are huge divots all over it. There is a cabinet full of games if you need something to keep you entertained. Just a few minor complaints like the hot tub was not maintained as well as I would have liked and the grill was not cleaned from the previous guests. Neither of these would prevent... read more
Awesome! We stayed June 12th - 15th. It was easy to find and beautiful. The view was gorgeous! Very well stocked for kitchen ware, linens, towels, etc. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We highly recommend this gem!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Every amenity we needed was available--very well stocked. We felt like we were staying with friends. The host accommodated our special requests so well even allowing us to rent the Mayweather fight from their cable. The hot tub was amazing and so clean! The house is just 5 min outside Lead in a beautiful location near trails. We would definitely stay again.
We gathered at the Eagle Trail Lodge to celebrate our 35th anniversary. What a beautiful site to spend time relaxing and laughing with our children and grandchildren. With so many different areas throughout the three levels of the lodge, our family never ran out of space. Wonderful memories created.
Big Jim’s Hideaway was a perfect family get away. Very close to Terry Peak (less than 1/2 mile) it was very convenient for skiing. Great grocery store in Lead with the friendliest people. The cabin is very well stocked with amenities. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals (coffee maker, crockpots, griddle, blender). Very nice hot tub. Wonderful, perfect accommodations for our family trip. My son couldn't get enough of the table hockey, and they couldn't wait to get back to the cabin at the end of each day. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!!
