The home buyer process was made so easy due to all of the staff!! At the closing we were made to feel so comfortable and welcomed, I definitely recommend using them.
Better communication throughout the process is drastically needed. There were several occasions where I would reach out to Deana with questions and would not get a response. I would have to reach out again a 2-3 days later to follow up on my initial question. She was very scatter brained and oftentimes didn’t have information on where our file was. She was uneducated in 184 loan requirements and provided incorrect information on down payment assistance with income requirements for 184. This led to changing loan types late in... read more
