We recently contacted Dean's for pest control at our home. They were extremely courteous, professional and efficient. They emailed us a complete plan for the service they would be providing with an hour of our initial phone call. We had our first treatment today. Our technician, Anna, was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the treatment in detail and was very thorough. We are very happy with the service and look forward to being a customer for years to come.

Jonathan R. did our termite treatment April 24, 2019, and was on time, performed the service neatly, touched up after noticing the hose displaced a couple landscape stones, was polite and very informative about the treatment. We have lived in The Villages since 2006 and Jonathan R. was assigned our address a couple years later. Since then we have requested him every year no matter where we live since he has been the most professional tech for the 10-plus years we have had Dean's termite treatments.
