I want to recognize my Deans Services technician, Ricky Cauley for the good care and treatment of our lawn and exterior pest control. Whenever there has been any problem areas from bug infestation he is very prompt to return calls and follows up on treatment to insure results are satisfactory. Chris Root is our very trusted, Dean’s Technician. During a visit to our property, knowing we were away, he detected an issue that should be serviced by another department within Deans. He had it addressed within a couple of days. We’re confident Chris takes it to heart when we tell him, he’s our eyes during stretches when we’re absent. He treats our property as if it were his own. We like that and appreciate Chris Root. That’s why he has our confidence ! THANKS VERY MUCH, CHRIS!!!
My name is Doug Kipp and am not home much as I drive an 18 wheeler across the country. I am happy because my wife is happy with her yard. For 4 years the yard has been green and almost weed free. When they pop up Deans knocks them down. The most recent tech's name is Ricky C. Every thing seem to be going wrong and he did a superb job on the lawn and treated my wife extremely nice. Can't say enough about him and the company. PLEASE DON'T Take him Away from me.

Recently I called Deans as sections of my lawn was turning black. The Technician (Ricky C) called me within 5 minutes and we scheduled his visit to see my problem. Ricky reviewed my problem and then went thru the entire area to determine if there were other issues. H found a few others and then he immediately addressed these issues. Ricky was very friendly and very informative as to what was going on in my yard. I am extremely please with the services from Ricky and Deans service.

We have been using Dean's Services for several years and have not been disappointed. Johnny, our tech that takes care of feeding, fertilizing, and weed management does a fantastic job.
