While I understand that there might be multiple people needing to work on documents for a mortage, it just seemed to be a little much for keeping up with all the moving parts and how the process would go. Debbie does know her stuff but having the extra hands made things more confusing for me to process. My real estate agent also mentioned that there was much confusion on her end as she was trying to support us but had concerns about getting the information from the mortage company.
