A lot of back and forth in emails, a lot of asking for documentation I already sent. A couple times I felt the loan officers and assistants would have attitudes or pressure me to send in a document but then wouldnt respond when it had been sent. I found the experience a little stressful. Overall Debbie did a good job. Also, the interest rate for my first loan was only 6 percent and I ended up with 7.25 interest rates are wayyyyy to high

Communication was awful, not just between Debbie and I but between Debbie and her team as well. Debbie and her team were rather unprofessional at times; telling my wife “I wouldn’t expect for you to be complaining because you work for my sister.” Seeing how that is unrelated to how we were being treated my wife and I found that very unprofessional and came across as intimidating to my wife.

Communication could have been better. Didn't have any type of conversation with my lender prior to closing. Didn't know how much I was going to owe at closing until I was literally signing documents. I took out 1,000 to be on the safe side and I only owed 22 dollars at closing. Would've been nice to have had my lender go over all the closing documents with me, so I could ask questions and clarify on things as I am a first time home buyer and mortgage language is completely unfamiliar to me.

We just felt like we had to send all of our information to several different people resulting in a lack of communication between all parties involved. Everyone was very nice, it was just more stressful and confusing than it needed to be.

Communication good have been better and the day I closed I was not aware I was going to have to sit in my car and read thru all the documents and try to figure them out and sign them. Other than that I was please that I was able to get a lower house payment - thank you

First time buyer so I dont know if my experience was good or bad. I guess I got the loan so it was good. But I never met anyone in person which is good an bad in a way.
