Although she was knew the process and was able to get all information from us we struggled to keep communication with her. When we would hear from her it was very short answers and often time it would take hours to a day to hear back from her. As new homeowners we would have preferred a better form of communication so we were kept up on the loan process. She knows what she is doing and does a great job at it but struggled with communicating with us.

Had no communication from Debbie...everyone else I reached out to was wonderful, and helped us any way they could. We didnt even recieve the closing documents until 1 hour before the closing meeting, and had to rush to get the monies needed, although had been reaching out to her for hours and days and no response. That is not the way to get and keep clientel.

Better communication and attention to detail. There were multiple times that we were asked for the same things over and over. And then every time we would get close to something happening another surprise would pop up. It felt like we were doing someone else's job for them. There were times we felt we were lied to and being taken advantage of. At times we felt like the way we were being spoken to was inappropriate, rude and very un businesslike. We thought that we were rushed to buy at times.
