Very impressive, consummate professional that makes everything look easy, and it is not. Has developed a streamlined system that works. I found her to be on top of her game in every aspect of selling my property - and she delivers. She is also very considerate and respectful. Highest recommendation from me - well deserved. As a side-note, she was highly effective acting as my buyer's agent as well.

I highly recommend Debbie as a seller's agent. Our recent transaction went very smoothly with the guidance from Debbie and her team of professionals. I found Debbie to be very knowledgeable on what we needed to do to sell our home within our time table, and she made it happen. I would recommend Debbie to anyone selling a house. Debbie does her homework and understands the market well. She made recommendations based on nearby comp sales for selling price. Not only was I comfortable with the recommended selling price, I had 4 offers in the first 48 hours and ended up accepting an offer over the asking price. Debbie has a great team around her and they give you direction on what you can do to the property to get more out of it in a sale. I was very happy with the whole process.
