When trying to sell my mother's old house and things started turning up during inspections, she was absolutely amazing and knew exactly how to get me an "as is" buyer since that is exactly what I wanted. I didn't want to do the fixes myself and she found a buyer within 5 days. She was astoundingly good exactly when I thought all was lost. And even with a list of problems, she got me a good price, not a gouge.
