Rooms were clean. There was an incident with a dog whose harness and leash was caught in the elevator, luckily dog was safe. Hotel staff and manager on duty were very prompt in handling this incident with the dog and its owner, kudos to them!

I have stayed here many times. The staff is good and the place is clean. Good location with great access to I 90. Some of the furniture in the room needs replacement. Although this is a casino, the entrance to the hotel area is separate, so you do not have to travel through the casino to your room. Parking and ease of access is excellent.

Only complaint was the rugs are old and very dirty looking!!! Beds very comfortable. Gym was fantastic, and the coffee and pasty shop was impressive. We only had coffee as had breakfast plans with other's, but the smells and visual foods and drinks were very appealing!!!! Thank you!!!! Casino was a nice bonus too!!!!!

This is a little known gem of a place! The great rate I got didn’t gel with the photos but it certainly lived up to those photos. The room was large, the bathroom ample and of great quality with a separate toilet. The beds were really comfortable, the AC quiet but powerful. We slept really well. I would definitely stay here again. BTW, if you drive a non-Tesla EV, check out the free chargers in the “Self Park” parking structure.
