Beautiful clean room very friendly staff. Pet friendly.
Great facility very cooperative staff
Room was very clean. Staff checking in and out were professional. Ate at Portico’s for dinner. It was okay, food good but atmosphere wasn’t high end.
It was nice! Spa was very nice
The outside was very well maintained. The room was very pretty but outdated and the carpet was filthy and sticky. Not sure why they can't clean the carpets or put new ones down. I turned the lights on the wall and pointed them up to the ceiling past the painting and noticed the coating of dust. Really could use a deep cleaning. We stayed in a king suite and paid over 300. For that price the room should be clean. Sincerely celebrating a weekend away for my husband's 50th birthday
Great experience
The room was clean, however, we had to go to the front desk to get towels the second day we were there and then on the third day
