We made reservations for Portico Steakhouse our last night stay and really enjoyed our dining experience. Our service was excellent and our meal delicious.
The hotel needs a refresh on the carpeting in both the rooms and the hallways. The shower door in the bathroom needed to be aligned. It did not shut properly.
I bought tickets a LONG time ago to Harriet concert and explored a room st dellago. It was only a bit more expensive than any other hotel. I was UPSET to find we ended up paying ALOT more and their only explanation was "u reserved through a 3rd party" DOUBT we are staying there again!!!
We arrived at 5:00pm after a 12 hour drive and checked out at 5:00am to finish our trip to Maine. So we didn’t see much of the facility, but it was clean and everyone was friendly. They had an enclosed dog walk at the rear entrance that was nice for our little dog. Free water bottled water was nice as well
Room was modern and very clean
Our room was very nice but there was no drinking glasses provided and the shower gel container was completely empty. More towels would have been better. Lights turn off by themselves which was scary at first.
