Excellent experience Made an appointment and the dealership was ready for us with a car and all the time in the world. Frank did an excellent job of explaining the various car Styles available took it for a test drive in two different cars and then worked with us another 3 hours to finalize the sale through insurance and finance and an overall the experience was excellent.

Excellent service in the service center My 2017 CRV gear shift broke off when reversing out of a parking spot. We called Delray Honda as soon as it happened and they said come over this was an emergency. It was a Saturday around noon when we arrived. Within 10 minutes they fixed the part and had us on our way. Knowing it was a super quick fix I appreciated their ability to fix it on the spot rather than have us wait wasting the rest of our day.
Excellent from start to finish Every employee I worked with provided excellent service and was extremely informative. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and I truly believe they did everything they could to ensure I got the best deal possible. This was my first time buying/leasing a new car and am grateful they made this experience go as smooth as possible
