Excellent service in the service center My 2017 CRV gear shift broke off when reversing out of a parking spot. We called Delray Honda as soon as it happened and they said come over this was an emergency. It was a Saturday around noon when we arrived. Within 10 minutes they fixed the part and had us on our way. Knowing it was a super quick fix I appreciated their ability to fix it on the spot rather than have us wait wasting the rest of our day.
Excellent from start to finish Every employee I worked with provided excellent service and was extremely informative. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and I truly believe they did everything they could to ensure I got the best deal possible. This was my first time buying/leasing a new car and am grateful they made this experience go as smooth as possible

Happy Clients Needless to say, we had reservations coming in to Delray Honda since we are from Ft. Lauderdale and purchased 4 vehicles from Rick Case Honda in the past but Dustin our Sales Rep was extremely knowledgeable and made our car buying experience very easy! Diane of Delray Out of the three or four dealerships that I went to in search of my vehicle, Delray Honda was amongst the best of the them. But Diane was the best of them. It was actually a nice process to look at the car, even get the car inspected, and to purchase because of Diane. Customer service was on point.
