From the beginning Demetri went "above & beyond" what I had anticipated. When frequent issues occurred with the financing Demetri would keep me informed. Previously, I had closed on seventeen (17) properties, and I must say that the service provided by Demetri was the best of all!!!! Constant communication. I liked that they identified the proper person for the next phase of the process, and handed us off to that person with an email introduction and contact information. AND we were able to get a mortgage for the property we wanted after being turned down by another broker!
