You can tell a lot about a company when and while theyre actively pursuing your business but you can really understand the core character of the company when you need their assistance and it is long after the sell - in our case just under 3 years ago. Last week we had an issue with the multi-port valve and DE filter - neither of which were functioning properly, eliminating any filtration of the pool. We hired Denali to build our pool. The Project Manager assigned to us was **** ******; He oversaw every phase of the pool-build. **** was present almost daily. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns in a timely fashion. We were happy with the timeline in which the pool was built and impressed at how clean Denali kept our property during such a major project. In regard to our pool-build with Denali, **** ****** was the Project Supervisor/Manager. He was on site frequently, often daily from the beginning until completion of the pool. **** was constantly asking if we had any questions or concerns. Any questions we did have were answered in an expeditious manner. **** did everything in his power to ensure that we had a timely, thorough and pleasurable pool-build.

Denali Pools did an excellent job. Design process was great. They were willing to come on site several times to make sure we were happy with the results. Communication was almost daily from the superintendent. Work was professional and done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

**** did an excellent job as the superintendent for our pool project. He was prompt, easy to work with, and stayed on schedule. He was also solution-oriented, which helped to resolve issues that cane up along the way. If you selwct Denali Pools as your builder ask for **** to be assigned to your project.
