I'm so glad I hired Denali Pools! They finished the pool literally several months ahead of schedule, and the quality is outstanding. ********************** and the whole Denali team made this project a pleasure. I've heard horror stories about putting in a pool, but this company made it a breeze. I'm not exaggerating! It really was a fun experience, and the pool is gorgeous. From design to execution it was a quick and seamless process. The handoff from ****** in Sales to *** the project manager. The process and timelines were explained upfront and all expectations set ahead of time. Like any construction project there were hiccups and adjustments and the team was quick to pivot and accommodate. He was at my house less then 10 minutes after i hung up the phone the first time we spoke. We worked with ***** designing our pool. He worked with us on numerous revisions until we were happy with the design. He was more than patient and professional! We had multiple companies come out and sketch a layout for a pool in our backyard. As soon as we met *****, we trusted his honesty, expertise and we knew we were in good hands. He did not disappoint!
