We started our pool building process by reading reviews, getting recommendations and then reviewing multiple bids. After on-site and office meetings with our salesperson *****, we chose Denali due to their local, long-term presence, materials offered, design features and reasonable pricing. After a year of research, we took the plunge with Denali Pools. ****** designed our dream pool and we entered into a contract at the end of May 2022. We had our pre construction meeting at the beginning of July and the next day we had heavy equipment excavating. ******* kept us informed throughout the process from day one. We looked at 6 different pool companies and at the end decided to go with Denali. We spent a lot of time with ****** and the pool design and then we were assigned **** for our project manager. Even though we had some hiccups (as with everything these days) **** was always accessible to talk to and stopped by frequently to make sure things were getting done. Highly recommend Denali Pools! *** held my hand through the end of the process and their whole team took excellent care of me. Even during a crazy time like COVID and the snowmageddon, they got it done right! I had an issue with my spa jets and they immediately sent someone out to inspect and assured me it would be taken care of. They replaced the part and it works perfectly! Denali is a class act from inquiry, to purchase, to design, to construction, to finish-out. It was important to me that we designed a pool that worked with the nature around us and removed as few trees as possible. ***** with Denali came out on more than one occasion to get the layout just right and the end result is spectacular. *** was our project manager, and he was wonderful! He was very helpful and solution-minded regarding our concerns and challenges throughout the pool build.
It was very helpful since we started talking to **** the seller. He was very open to answer questions and very helpful to options when the project starts on the property everything was very professional. ****** was the one that helped me.
