Always helpful with information
Personally, I wasn't aware of the mental toll takes on you to buy a house. However, Denise always knew how to break things down for me to understand and was always open to finding new solutions for me. I appreciate her service.
Denise communicated very clearly what my options were re: mortgage rates scenarios, lock-in period scenarios (60 days vs 45 days). She offered good input on a few questions I had like: the KB lending and underwriting processes, items on the estimated fee worksheets, leading to a better understanding of the charges on the worksheet. She was quite involved in the whole process which I truly appreciate.
