Denise communicated very clearly what my options were re: mortgage rates scenarios, lock-in period scenarios (60 days vs 45 days). She offered good input on a few questions I had like: the KB lending and underwriting processes, items on the estimated fee worksheets, leading to a better understanding of the charges on the worksheet.
