The technician I had was not friendly would not respond to texts. Service manager was said he had ten calls a day with complaints and the first time I spoke to him told me to get on with my life. Called on new car listed on Dennis Dillon Nissan website. Called on new car listed on Dennis Dillon Nissan website. I agreed to listed price and agreed to their offer for my trade in. Told them it was a cash deal. Then the price was increased by $2000. They said because I wasn’t financing it thru Nissan. I said it didn’t say that on the ad. Then told price was wrong, then told price changes daily. Then told there is fine print “somewhere”. This is why people don’t trust dealerships, or at least this one in particular.

Over priced and nobody certified to work on my Z I have a known issue with my 370Z convertible top. There is a service bulletin on it and I’ve spoken to this dealer about getting it fixed twice in the past year. My Z is out of warranty so the dealer won’t fix it despite the car having fewer than 25k miles. The dealer told me today that they didn’t have anyone that knew how to work on a convertible. Dealership not checking out used cars reliably This dealership is not reliable. We were told used car was completely checked out. Two months after buying we were told that our brakes were BAD! When I talk to sales manager he said couldn’t be true. But he would not even check it out without us paying $100 dollars to have them checked out. They are squealing do you think that tells you something.

Worst experience I’ve had ever at a dealership I was working with sterling who was great at first.. but then when I asked him what my trade in value was he and his finance manager refused to give me a number and then refused to give me a purchase order after They pulled my credit, I just wanted to go to my bank. Old School Pressure Cooker Lead by an old school style high pressure general manager, this dealership will ruin your day if you had intended on having a pleasant car shopping and buying experience. Go elsewhere if selection, service, honesty, integrity, and a fair deal are important to you.
Bad experience overall, shop elsewhere Stereotypical used car buying experience exaggerated by a very pushy and rude finance "manager" that was essentially just a gate keeper to us leaving the dealership in a timely manner. After spending time doing the same old song and dance over what our payments would be, down payment and after they told us they had no interest in giving us any money for our trade (this is a separate story all together not worth sharing).
