Extended Warranty Our family has been dedicated in buying our vehicles thru Dennis Dillon Nissan. We will no longer buy ANY vehicles from this dealership. The car buying went fair. The service dept has always been top notch, and we will miss you. Unfortunately the sales dept has acted again like children. I called this dealership to get the cost of an extended warranty. Charged diagnostic fee under warranty DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNDER WARRANTY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY TO HAVE YOUR CAR LOOKED AT! Took my car in under warranty and was charged a diagnostic fee of $120..... figured if you had a warranty and your car wasnt running right, then you wouldn’t be assessed a fee for them to figure out the problem. Horrible Service and will not return calls I purchased a 2017 Nissan Titan from Dennis Dillon, I started having transmission issues in January. It's been over a month now and have no results! I had to call Nissan directly before they would even return my call! It's ok to buy here just don't plan on having any service done, at least not within any reasonable amount of time!

Looking for a 2003 Malibu gray 4dr I went to look @ car; The salesman was driving car @ time of my visit off the lot; Appearently the car was running & drivable because it was missing from the car lot! I called the phone number provided & the number was from Canada! The folks @ dealer had "mis-represented the car on-line & in person" SO I BAILED ON A FRAUDULANT DEAL" (POOR PRESENTATION OF CAR; USED THE CAR LIKE A "BAIT CAR" AT THE DEALER)! [i still want that 2003 chevy malibu] "BUT I DON'T WANT TO BE TAKEN "ADVANTADGED OF"!

Fine Experience Overshadowed by Misinformation Overall our buying experience was pleasant, although I had to travel three times to the dealership to actually see the car I wanted. I checked the car thoroughly, asked a lot of questions and we decided to buy the car. Getting a price I contacted the dealer for a price on a car, and all I got was two emails without the price. It would be nice to know how much a dealer is selling for without any hassle.

Poor Salesman I was treated very poorly by the salesman and would not recommend this dealer to anyone. he was told to not submit credit info to any bank without my approval and he sent it to several banks while I was driving the Vehicle. Other salesman may be okay but do not deal with Benny.
