If you’re getting an oil change. JUST DO THE OIL CHANGE. Don’t let the scam artists tell you that you need to change your air filter or wipers! I could have changed my own wipers easily. Didn’t think anything of it when they asked if I wanted to because they needed to be. They charged me $33 PER WIPER!
I schedule an appt and was sent a confirmation for 1pm but when I arrived they had me down for 1:30p. Made me wait I was there for 2hr for oil change, rotation, and alignment. Aleast this time they scheduled my appt last time they didnt and when i came in they were like where's your text confirmation.
Poor and sloppy mechanic work. Many safety issues were left unattended while still releasing the vehicle as complete. Vehicle was returned to me with parts left unfastened/broken.
Little disappointed with the service today. Seems like they need a few more hands for the weekend called to tell me the air filter needed to be replaced told them to go a head and do it but it wasn't replaced. Asked them to check out a concern with the fuel gauge said they didn't know what is wrong with it they were going to order a part and "see if that works" said they didn't have the right equipment to tell for sure because it's a Chevy (I have my reasons for not going to the Chevy dealer).
