highly recommend staying away. wish I hadnt done business with them. hate my car, no service after the sale, essentially no warranty.

I've mentioned my gaskets leaking oil, they said it's normal. Now that my truck is out of warranty they say my gaskets is bad and it'll be $2,000 To fix. After replacing the master switch for the windows the rubber seals where not installed properly so now my door panel and seals don't line up looking like junk and the window squeaks because the rubber is bunched up, just another problem. Scandalous
if i could give this company negative stars i would. Most disrespectful and rude management team ever! really really wish i could have tape recorded the, conversation with the manager, as he laughed in my face, and was joking with others at the front desk about how HE snapped my lock latch on the drivers door. not cool.. but karma will come around honey. Thank you Liberty for making up for Toyotas careless behavior!!
first off let me just say they have great salesmen here but the management leaves a lot to be desired. Asked about a feature in my truck that is listed as a customizable feature but requires the OBDII reader, and I verified this with Toyota, they refused to do it. Called Toyotas in Colorado and Scottsbluff and they said yup no problem. Guy was so rude that when I pointed that out he said I don't care and hung up on me. Just purchased 2008 GMC Acadia 2 days ago from Toyota. I absolutely love my car and I loved our sales rep! He did everything right or as much as he was allowed to. When I drove it home I realized my side-view mirrors did not work and couldn't adjust them to see. There was also no owners manual with the car.
