They broke a part taking my engine apart and charged me for the part they broke also bad service when calling in always sent to voicemail. Not a good Toyota dealer has seen better in my 50 years of living.
I’ve had difficulty with the service department multiple times. Examples: today my car was done at 5 and I could see it and the service rep never came to get me, after waiting 30 minutes I finally went to her. The time before, I was there for brakes and I live almost an hour away, I arrived to be told oh we don’t have the parts come back tomorrow. That would have been great to know before driving all that way- Twice!
The absolute worst customer service! Bought a car in April 2022 and it’s now September of 2022 and I still don’t have my license plates and tags! The title paperwork was sent in by the title manager with whiteout on it!! 🤦🏻♀️ Absolutely no reason that I should have to fight for them to do their job and now they refuse to respond to my emails or calls!!
Absolutely rude! Being yelled at by an employee is truly uncalled for. I wish I didn’t not have to return for work on my vehicle here.
My wife had her 15K mile service accomplished at the service center. After she drove 2 hours home, the next morning, she seen that there was oil leaking on the garage floor. When I was able to look at it, I opened up the hood and seen that the engine compartment was covered in oil. The issue was the oil cap was not installed. I called the service manager and explained the situation. He said that they don’t even do an oil change for the 15k mile service. My appointment was at 10:00 and it was 2:00 and still not done putting tires on my 4 runner. Appointments don’t mean anything. Plan on a day off!
We stressed to the salesman more than once that we would buy the vehicle but needed them to help us with our out of state registration. We said more than once this was a condition of the sale and they agreed to help. After we signed the papers they did not follow through and now we are left with trying to figure it all out. Give me my money back!
After purchasing four vehicles and servicing them at this dealership we were told that they would no longer service our vehicle and hung up on us. This after spending $1400 to eliminate a clunk in the front end. We were told it was fixed, picked it up and it sounded the same, then were told it was an old vehicle with 200k miles on it and it could be anything.
