It was a perfect experience. They came and got my vehicle and returned it back to my house when it was finished. The work they performed was great.
If there were 6 stars they would get that! The whole process kept seeming too good to be true, as Charles made it so easy and convenient at every step of the way. So far so good! Tim Tillapaugh has been extremely helpful during the initial stages of getting our cars fixed. Tim and his colleague really went the extra mile to ensure we received two rental cars by making a second trip out to our house after we discovered both our DL’s had expired! Tim has followed up multiple times so far to ensure we are satisfied with the service.
I highly recommend Dent Mechanic for dent repair. Timmy was absolutely spot on with getting my rental to me and working with me to get my insurance to cooperate with getting my truck repaired. The delay was not due to Dent Mechanic, they did everything they could to get the job done right and quickly. Timmy and Pedro are the ones that will be on your side and will see it through to completion even with the insurance companies were hard to deal with. Call them today!

You can believe the hype about this company. It sounded a little too good to be true. They said they would pay our deductible (up to $1000) and provide a rental car free of charge. My first contact with the company was Charissa. She was friendly and informative and walked me step-by-step through the process.
