Not the person who would like to rant but just got of call with customer service rep (ped**) whose attitude of call is very condescending and rude, they do not deserve a single star even. their service is pathetic, they con people. Avoid them at any cost.
I had hail damage. I think 27 hits with a massive one on the hood. Hit by a softball. I told them it has to be replaced they said no we can fix it. Well sure enough, it it was fixed. They did an excellent job of repairing the dents. You would never know. I inspected that truck looking for a flaw but nothing as far as fixing the hail damage. 5 stars. Why the 2 stars? Unfortunately cannot recommend DMG. The experience with the initial representative I worked with, Lance Sparks, was phenomenal. This guy was nice and took my feedback into account. My vehicle was originally damaged in June due to hail and was given a 2-3 week turnaround time. My experience with him is 5 out of 5 stars. RecommendedI expressed this to my rep. I am very disappointed how dirty my truck was returned. It was explain it was washed but not detailed which I was not expecting. I was not expecting it to be as dirty as it was from the inside to the outside to the bed cover to even under the hood. It was not washed. Then, I had to reinstall my headliner because every clip was not pushed in. Like others, after a hail storm I was visited by a representative of Dent Mechanic offering services to repair the hail damage on my car. I was skeptical at first because he was very adamant and would go to my house unexpectedly to see if I was ready to proceed and start the process and kept referring to their reviews. They came to our door asking if they could fix a few dents on our Tahoe. I then see they got $3500 from our insurance 🤨 due to that claim I can't get better insurance! What a scam!
