Appt was supposed to be at 2PM, but it was nearly 3PM by time they called me back from lobby. If they were running behind, would rather reschedule than wait an hour past appt time so I can manage other obligations.
In the beginning it started out great until the hidden charges. George was very condescending during his explanation. Insurance company provided more help that he did. Asked to speak to a manager, still waiting. Crown is now additional three weeks delayed while the temporary keeps falling out. Will never return here.

Dear Ms. Gibbs, I am disappointed in your review of us. I do understand the confusion patients go through with dental reimbursement companies that mislead the public. However, we do not have any hidden charges-everything is written and signed by all our patients. Every patient knows what their balance is after your dental coverage allowance. If your insurance company does not cover services fully, that unfortunately is not because of us.
This was the most painful dental cleaning I have ever had . Dental hygienist was rushing and caused a lot of pain. Will not go again.
First off there was a employee meeting being held in the waiting area during business hours. Thought that was unprofessional hygienist went backwards from most normal cleaning and didn’t floss my teeth and had several interruptions instead of one co pay there was six total thought that was not fair to someone on Medicare and told I needed a crown that I would have to pay out of pocket that was way to expensive

Dear Mr. McDonald-----I am sorry your experience at our office was not as expected, however, i was at the meeting and you did come in prior to 2 pm- therefore our employee meeting was definitely not during business hours. Regardless, you were immediately escorted by a staff member to a clean room to wait for hours to commence. I have no idea nor does anyone else understand what you mean by six co pay's. And finally, Medicare does not cover dental care.
I consulted with Dr. Gross, during a cleaning, who asked if I was interested in Invisalign and I explained that I was, however I have always been told by other dentists that movement of my crossbite would be difficult with Invisalign. The Dr. was very confident that he could get me into Invisalign with a good result. I also had a recession issue that would need surgery from a specialist that he could not do on site, so I researched this and found a periodontist to work with the gum issue on two other teeth. Horribke unprofessional, the dental assistant was the worst!!! She was unorganized, lazy, I had an approval paddle from Mt doctors office which gave permission to is regular meds and narcotics being that I was pregnant no one inquired, Dr. Shruger was he's fire the most part his assistant was terrible was not capable of taking a prepare x-ray and had the audacity to tell the DDS I couldn't bite down due to pain????? Staff was as friendly and attentive. I had some insurance and billing questions prior to my next appointment. I called office and spoke to someone who said the billing person was out to call back.I called 3 times it went to voicemail (probably busy). I left a message but never received a returned. Phone call.
First visit I needed five teeth bonded. One was upper and four lower. No decay or cavities in over 16 years. They scheduled me for another day so it would be second visit. The girl assisting almost downed me and seemed to have no idea how to use the instruments. She also worked on me after immediately coming in from a smoke break. Yuk!
