The office staff appear disorganized and are not very customer focused. There’s a level of professionalism that is lacking. When I came in today they were holding a personal conversation about a new parking rule that those of us in the waiting area could hear. I have considered leaving the practice several times since Dr. Kellogg left and only stayed because of Jenny. She is a great hygienist.
