Are you kidding me!?!? On the evening Sept. 16 I contact them for a broken tooth that needs to be extracted right away. I get a text back the next morning saying, "OMG yes we can get you in this afternoon" I get a 4:00 appointment today, which was fine. I turn up at 3:45 to get checked in. By 3:55 I'm in being evaluated with x-rays and photos of the troubled tooth. They inform me it has to come out plus there is another one that needs extracting. This was my first time and when I got home one of my tooth’s was chipped. I will find another dentist.
Had teeth whitening trays from Dental Care of GSO can no longer can supply me whitening jell from Phillips. Appears I need to invest in new teeth whitening system which insurance will not pay for. Can you give me a special price with above? Lastly- I am a patient of Sleep Group and purchased a mouth device I wear at night. I worked closely with Jenny Joyce and had no idea she is no longer with Dental Care of GSO. I wish someone would have called me with new contact as I made a large investment. Thanks.
Had to wait 30 min for my visit . The past 2 times I had to wait 30 or more min. You always have computer problems. You always are not ready for me.
If I could give less than one star I would. The entire staff, mainly Dr. Gross are frauds. They lie to you about cavities, so they can get more insurance money, for unnecessary, illegal procedures. This place of business should be closed.
The tech kept drilling into my gums with this new machine and hitting nerves in between my teeth. My guns were bleeding and it hurt.
Too much turnover in office and condescending attitude.
